In the spring of 2026 I organized a one night exhibition called (O)ther which took place at Basement in Copenhagen from 2. march – 6. march 2026. Featuring performance, sound, music and sculpture/installation the Basement transformed into a living pulsing entity for one night.
Inspired by The Second Sex and Alien, (O)ther explored the figure of the Other as something produced through negation. A presence that emerges in the dark, unsettles boundaries, and refuses categorization. Genres dissolve. Roles blur. Artwork, space, and audience fold into one another as the basement pulses as a shared sensory landscape.
